1. The flower arrangements, cakes, and gifts displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product design, arrangement, or packaging may vary depending on availability.

2. If the specific type of flowers or cake flavor you ordered is not available at the time of delivery, we will substitute them with the best available products of equal value.

3. We accept same-day and morning delivery orders until 6:00 PM IST, and same-day midnight delivery orders until 6:30 PM IST. Orders placed after these times will be delivered the next day. If an order is placed for midnight delivery after the cutoff time, the midnight delivery charges of ₹350 will be refunded to your account.

4. If the recipient refuses to accept the gift, it will be considered as delivered.

5. All cake orders will be delivered after 11:00 AM.

6. For flowers and cakes, which are perishable products, if the recipient or their representative is not available at the time of delivery, the order will be considered as delivered.

7. Delivery on a specific day may not be possible due to uncontrollable circumstances such as rain, floods, etc. In such cases, the order will be delivered the following day. No cancellations or refunds will be provided in these situations.

8. The owners of the site reserve the right to refuse any order unconditionally.

9. No cancellations or refunds are allowed on "Today Deal" products.

10. No cancellations or refunds are permitted on orders placed for Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day.

11. All claims and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of local courts in Delhi only.
